I recently had a disappointing experience at Royal Palm Restaurant, located at 1 Orchid Club Road, #01-21 Social Club House, Singapore 769162, within the Orchid Country Club. While the food was exceptional, the service was subpar. I booked a dinner for my 21st birthday party for 52 people, and the staff, particularly Ms. Dhanni, struggled with communication and explanation. There were significant misunderstandings, and the negotiation process was frustrating.
What made matters worse was her unprofessional behavior when I tried to explain my concerns. She claimed that there was CCTV footage and implied that I was lying. I was taken aback by her tone and attitude. I believe that if there are any disputes, they should be handled with respect and professionalism. I would appreciate it if the management could review the CCTV footage and audio recordings to understand the situation better.
Given the large group and special occasion, I expected better service and understanding from the staff. Unfortunately, the poor communication and lack of training led to a disappointing experience for me and my family.

Old hotel. Old school and terrible service.

I want to commend Vanessa, she served us at the reception during our stay there! She was really kind, attentive and she really took good care of us! The location, is quite secluded, it’s a really quiet, no shops except a fair price. Which has all the essentials so that’s fine. There aren’t my cashless options, so good to have cash with you when you stay there. Some rooms have smart tv, some don’t.

过渡一晚，为了离动物园近，但是房间隔音很差，家俱很旧，之前住过克拉码头那边的酒店，落差很大，1000多的房价感觉很不值

Orchid Country Club feels a bit old, and the front desk staff could improve their service as they rarely smile. The swimming pool also looks outdated. The only things I enjoyed were the NTUC supermarket, bowling, and the fast food options.

Venue is family & child friendly. Food is great and staff are helpful. View of the golf course from the room is amazing

很幸运，分配到了四楼新装修的房间，房间很大，设施新，一大一小两张床

相对於市区酒店，这个房间相当宽敞，尤其自带阳台，直对外面高尔夫球场，视野相当开阔，早晨日出非常漂亮。而这样一家有点年份的酒店，衞生做得非常到位，整洁，乾净。房间配置2张床，一大一小，适合带家庭一起。单毕竟年份久了，一些设施需要升级一下 比如充电插口，竟然没有usb接口，还没有配置转换器……
